Teneligliptin works by stopping the action of the dipeptidyl peptidase-4 enzyme, which in turn increases the insulin levels in the body and reduces the glucagon levels. Metformin hydrochloride acts by decreasing liver glucose production and intestinal glucose uptake. Thus TENEX M helps control blood sugar levels.
